By accessing or using K-Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Self‑Custody

K-Wallet is a self‑custody wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase and private keys. We cannot recover your wallet if you lose your recovery phrase.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use K-Wallet for any unlawful activity and to comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Third‑Party Services

K-Wallet may rely on third‑party providers (e.g., RPC nodes, price feeds, WalletConnect). We are not responsible for third‑party content, outages, or policies.

5. No Financial Advice

K-Wallet does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading and investment decisions are your own responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Wallet and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds resulting from use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the app (in whole or in part) at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
